Wilson "LJ" Levi Jacks

 Wilson Levi “LJ” Jacks, 56, of North Beach, MD died in Columbia, MD on February 21, 2012. He was born in Calvert County, MD on May 17, 1955 to Robert Franklin Jacks, Sr. and Ella Hunter Jacks. He was educated in Calvert County and began his career as a laborer in the construction industry. He enjoyed watching TV, visiting with his friends and singing spiritual music. He was a member of Chesapeake City of Praise.

He is survived by his mother, Ella Caroline Jacks; daughter Tiffany Jacks; brothers, Dannie Brown, James Jacks, Sr. and his wife Trilly, Robert Jacks, Jr. and his wife Diane, Robert Jacks, III and Maurice and George Jacks; sisters, Nancy Jones, Delores Brown, Doris Stepney and her husband Clifton, Geneva Coates and Ethel and Mildred Jacks; sister-in-law, Janice Jacks, two granddaughters and many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, Sr.; brothers, Milton, Clifton, Wilmer, Albert and Edward Jacks and sisters, Clarice and Bertina Jacks, Catherine Johnson and Marie Jones.

A celebration of life was held on February 25, 2012 at Raymond-Wood Funeral Home. Rev. Violet Jones of Chesapeake City of Praise officiated. Interment was private.
