Stuart Eugene "Gene" Price

Stuart Eugene “Gene” Price, 77, of Lothian, MD passed away on June 6, 2023. Gene graced the world on May 15, 1946 in Raven, Virginia, born to the late Stuart and Jackie Price. Gene fell in love at the young age of 19, and shortly after was drafted into the Army. He proudly served in Vietnam from December 14, 1965 to December 12, 1967. After returning home he married his love, Betty on June 22, 1968 and the couple had one son, Mark, on November 1, 1971.

Gene worked as a door technician at Stanley for 27 years prior to opening his own automatic door company, Complete Door Services, with his son on June 14, 2000. Even well after retiring, he could always been found wearing a Complete Door shirt. Gene enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved buying and rebuilding old Model A cars with his son. He also enjoyed going to church and spending all the time he could with his grandchildren.

Gene is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Betty Price; son, Mark Price; grandchildren, Nicholas and Ashley Price; brother, Roy Price; and former daughter-in-law, Linda Price.
