Samuel Hubert Carter

Samuel Hubert Carter, 56, of Brandywine, MD passed away suddenly at his home on August 23, 2019. Sam was born in Maryland on November 14, 1962 to William, Sr. and Katherine Milloff Carter. He was a carpenter. Sam's hobbies included gardening and he was known for supplying friends and neighbors with vegetables from his harvest. Sam was described by his family as "kind and loving." His mother was especially grateful that he took such good care of her.  Sam is survived by his mother, Katherine Carter of Brandywine and brothers, David (Diane) Carter of Centreville, VA and William, Jr. (Mary Teresa) Carter of Brandywine, MD, as well as many other family members and friends. He was predeceased by his father, William Carter, Sr. and his brother, Joseph Carter. Memorial contributions may be made to New Life Assembly of God, 47391 Sugarland Run Drive, Sterling, VA, 20164.
