Robert Ellis Hensley

Robert Ellis Hensley, 55, of Port Republic, MD passed away in Prince Frederick, MD on January 21, 2023 Robert was born on February 18, 1967 in Washington, DC to Ellis Malcolm and Bessie Louise Maggard Hensley. He lived in Calvert County his entire life.

He has been employed as a plumber. Robert enjoyed many hobbies and interests including playing horseshoes, bowling, fishing, swimming and dancing to country music. His greatest love was his family, especially the time spent with his nieces, nephews and grandchildren. 

Robert is survived by mother, Bessie Hensley of Port Republic, MD; former wife, Debbie White of Christiansburg, VA; the mother of his daughter, Nina Hansen of WV; daughter, Chrystal Hanson of WV; brother, Paul Hensley; sisters, Hazel Alvey and Wanda Elliott, and three grandchildren, Grace Hanson and Jenny and Emily Mayle. He was predeceased by his father, Ellis Malcolm Hensley.
