Rebecca Anne "Becky" (Bradfield) Montgomery

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Rebecca (Becky) Anne Montgomery, 68, who died on Sunday, January 26, 2025 in La Plata, MD. Becky was born in Washington, DC and is survived by her two daughters, Megan Montgomery-Wright and Melissa Montgomery, her brother Kevin Bradfield, her son-in-law Corey Wright, and her seven grandchildren, Brayden, Briana, Jordynn, Ravynn, Brooklyn, Vivian and Lillian.

She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Montgomery, her father Roger Bradfield, her mother Eileen Sheehan and her brother Terry Bradfield. Becky was a kind woman who loved her husband, children and grandchildren who they named “grandmommy” and “gram”. Her love for her brothers was special. Being the middle sibling, she cherished her relationship with her older brother, Terry, and her younger brother, Kevin.

Becky was also known for her love of music, especially Motown. She wasn’t much of an all around sports fan, but she was always rooting for the Washington Redskins (Commanders) and always enjoyed watching them play.
