Lucille Jane (Reed) Mangialardo

Lucille Jane (Reed) Mangialardo, age 86 of Upper Marlboro, Maryland passed away on March 4, 2026 surrounded by her family. Lucille was born on August 13, 1939, five minutes after her twin sister Helen. She lived her whole life in the Washington, DC area where she met and married her husband Joe. She worked along side him at their family’s business for many years until his death in 2005.

She is survived by her two sons, Anthony and Alexander, daughter-in-law Shannon; her nine grandchildren, Matthew, Rachel, (Matt), Rebekah, (Kevin), Elizabeth (Nick), Jessica, ((Matt), Josie, (Brett), Lexi, Caleb, and Aaron, and her six great-grandchildren, Kevin, Paxton, Evelyn, Vivienne, Walter and Wyatt.

She made many wonderful friends through the Red Hat Society, her water Zumba classes and neighbors. Her main hobby was her love of gardening on her “scooby doo”. She will be missed by her family, friends, and the many acquaintances she had through the family business.
