Katherine Elizabeth (Milloff) Carter

Katherine Elizabeth Carter, 82, of Brandywine, MD passed away in Brandywine on April 16, 2021. Katherine was born in Washington, DC on April 26, 1938 to the late Sigmund and Lola Hatcher Milloff.  She retired from the US Postal Service, having last worked at the bulk station on Central Avenue in Capitol Heights, MD. Katherine enjoyed reading and listening to music.

Katherine is survived by her sons, William (Theresa) Carter of Brandywine and Rev. David (Diane) Carter of Centreville, VA; sisters, Alicia (Daniel) Heffentreger of Brandywine and Patricia Renke, also of Brandywine; four grandchildren, Kristie, Lori, Jonathan and Jeffrey Carter; nieces, Beckie Shane, Lisa Hunter, Tricia Ryce, Carol Ryce and nephews, Andy Shane, Tommy Shane, John Hunter, Ben and Matt Renke, Timothy Milloff, Jr. and Jason Milloff. Katherine was predeceased by her husband, William Carter; sons, Sam and Joseph Carter and her siblings, Barbara Shane, Nancy Ryce and Tim Milloff.
