Eunice Marie (Messineo) Leonard

Eunice Marie Leonard, 80, of Chestertown, MD passed away on January 19, 2021 in Owings, MD. Eunice was born at home in Capitol Heights, MD on July 6, 1940 to the late Vincent and Naomi Zigler Messineo. She attended high school and became a homemaker. Eunice had many hobbies which included watching old Westerns, wrestling and soaps, taking walks, reading and enjoying her cups of coffee throughout the day. 

Eunice is survived by her sons Ralph (Kelly) Leonard and Jeremiah Leonard, both of Chestertown; daughter, Janice (Edgar Thomas) Mason of Owings, MD; brother, James Messineo of Deale, MD; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Leonard; sons, Jack and James Leonard; brothers, Louis and Richard and Vincent Messineo and Preston, Thomas "Russell" and Earl Talbert; and sisters, Mary Stokes, Doris Piper, Clare Leonard and Elizabeth O'Conner.
