Elisabeth Ann (Whipp) Mitchell

Elisabeth Ann Mitchell, 61, of Prince Frederick, MD passed away in Washington, DC on November 9, 2019. Elisabeth was born in Washington, DC on April 12, 1958 to the late Charles Clinton and Elisabeth Schneider Whipp. She had lived in Calvert County since 2002. Elisabeth had been employed as an office manager for United Parcel Service (UPS) and had retired with over 30 years of service. Elisabeth had many interests and hobbies including quilting and knitting, reading, researching her ancestry, cooking, traveling and spending time at the beach. She is survived by her son, Stefan (Brandi) Mitchell of Prince Frederick, MD; daughters, Catherine (Jesse) Page of St. Leonard, MD; Stephanie (Kyle McCraney) Mitchell of Prince Frederick, MD; sisters, Barbara Whipp of Huntingtown, MD, Dorothea (David) Libby of St. Leonard, MD and Catherine (David) Kuenzel of Annapolis, MD; eight grandchildren, Robert, Ryan, Derrick, Kierstyn, Kyra, Kaylah, Landon and Kayden and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Edward Mitchell.
