Elaine Madeline Colbert, 61, of Chesapeake Beach, MD passed away in Chesapeake Beach on May 5, 2020. Elaine was born in Washington, DC on October 30, 1958 to Raymond and Virginia DiToto McDonald. She had lived in Chesapeake Beach for the past 15 years. Elaine had been employed as a merchandiser for a magazine company. She enjoyed reading the Bible and discussing politics. Elaine is survived by her mother, Virginia McDonald of Chesapeake Beach, MD; her husband of 39 years, William "Bill Colbert"; daughters, Jessica Snell of Clarksville, TN and Diane Colbert of Marshville, VA; three brothers; 11 sisters and one grandson, Cameron Snell of Augusta, GA. She was predeceased by her father, Raymond McDonald, three brothers and two sisters.
