Todd Antonio Foster, III

Todd Antonio Foster III, infant son of Todd Antonio Foster, Jr. and Keyontaye Phillips passed away at Children's Hospital in Washington DC on September 28, 2017. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, his paternal grandparents, Todd Antonio Foster and Margaret Gibson and maternal grandparents, Janice  and Kenneth Parker, aunt, Todasha Foster and uncles, Kenneth Gibson and Sylvester Phillips, III. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Sylvester Phillips, Jr.
