Ronald Eugene Meeks, Sr.

Ronald Eugene Meeks, Sr., 65, of Crossville, TN passed away on April 21, 2019. Ronald was born in Maryland on October 16, 1953 to the late Oliver Lynn, Sr. and Mary Margaret Meeks. He was the fourth of 11 children. He was the manager of Ransom Motors in Brandywine, MD and of Marlboro Auto Parts in Upper Marlboro. His hobbies included working on cars, fishing and carpentry. He is survived by four brothers, Jesse Woodie Meeks, James Edward Meeks and Stanley Michael Meeks, all of Winchester, VA and John Ford Meeks of Virginia Beach, VA; one son, Ronald Meeks, Jr. (Tina); grandchildren, Brandon, Jordyn and Kaitlyn; former wife, Joy Moran, and many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Oliver Lynn Meeks, Jr.; sister, Frances Elaine Brinklow; and four half siblings, Madeline Hensley; Hazel Inez Shepherd; Beverly Hensley and Frances “Pinky” Meeks.
